Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our housing program, application process, and community guidelines.

Eligibility & Application

Who is eligible to apply for housing?
We welcome senior citizens, veterans, adults seeking safe and shared accommodations, and domestic violence survivors. Applicants must have a valid source of income (SSI/SSID, VA Disability, Housing Vouchers, or Private Pay) and be willing to live respectfully in a shared community environment.
You will need to provide a valid photo ID and proof of income. This may include SSI/SSID award letters, VA disability documentation, housing voucher paperwork, or pay stubs for employed applicants.
Once we receive your completed application with all required documents, we typically review and respond within 2-3 business days. The actual move-in timeline depends on availability and completion of the intake process.
We do not perform formal background checks. Our process involves a prescreening where we ask potential residents a series of questions. We rely on and expect all applicants to answer these questions truthfully.

Housing & Amenities

What is included in the monthly rent?
Your monthly rent includes all utilities (water, electricity, gas), Wi-Fi, access to shared common areas (living room, kitchen), on-site laundry facilities, and 24-hour surveillance. Furnished bedrooms with linens are also provided.
We offer shared bedroom accommodations. Each room typically has two twin beds and shared closet/storage space. This arrangement helps keep housing affordable while fostering a sense of community.
Our homes maintain structured, family-oriented environments. Key rules include respecting fellow residents, maintaining cleanliness, observing quiet hours, no alcohol or illegal substances on the premises, and following the guidelines for shared space usage.
We maintain reasonable house guidelines to ensure safety and comfort for all residents. Specific rules regarding entry times and quiet hours will be discussed during the intake process.
